Ocean View House
CAPE COD, MA
This new home build was designed to maximize its ocean view. We replaced the existing one-story structure and integrated the new house into the landscape, axially aligning it with the existing pool and pool house to create a natural indoor/outdoor flow. To make the most of the home’s sightlines, we orientated all the rooms in the house to face the ocean, while putting the hallways on the non-view side.
